However, we only offer emergency storm repairs to our most loyal, long-time customers. In the past, we've had issues where clients would contact us for emergency repairs, get estimates from several other companies, submit the highest estimate to insurance, and then hire the lowest bidder for permanent repairs—leaving us unpaid for the emergency work. Due to this, we now prioritize our most trusted customers for these urgent services.
